Refund policy

For a general visit or SEN sessions, you can alter your booking via our online system to an alternative date free of charge with 3 hours notice. Alterations after this time cannot be made.

Party bookings or exclusive session bookings must give 35 days notice before the date of the party to re-arrange or cancel - deposits paid are non-refundable.
