How to book

1. Select the number of adult and child tickets required. Each ticket includes one adult and one child.

2. Click the 'Choose Date & Time' button. You will see a calendar with the available dates and times for each session. You can also see the remaining spaces for each session. Choose your preferred day and time and click 'Continue'.

3. Provide your contact details. We will send your confirmation to the email address you provide. Please make sure it is correct and valid.

4. Check out and pay securely. Your booking is only confirmed after you have checked out and paid. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details and a link to change your booking if required.

Pricing

Adult and Child - £10.00

Additional Adult – £3.00 (Note on booking and pay on arrival)

No need to book a space for a baby.

If you are booking 2 child, 1 adult space - select two adults and children but enter code 'ONLY1ADULT'.

FAQs

Can I bring my pram?

Of course! If you walk to us or use public transport, we have a safe area for you to park your pram inside. Because of limited space, it would be helpful if you’ve driven and parked your car in our car park, try to leave your pram in the car where possible. Please note, we do not accept responsibility for any items left unattended, so keep any valuables with you at all times.

What age range is your play den suitable for?

Once your little one is walking, they’ll love pushing around trollies, driving the cars and pottering in the garden! We recommend that under 5’s will get the most from our play centre but older and younger children are obviously welcome!

If I book into a session can I arrive and leave whenever I want?

You can but the front gate will be closed and locked to prevent any escapees and to safeguard those already inside. If you arrive late, we’ll come to let you in as soon as we can and similarly, if you need to leave early, just let a team member know and we’ll help you out!

Can I re-arrange my booking?

Yes certainly, we know things don't always go to plan! All bookings can be moved with just 2 hours notice, this can be done online by clicking the link within your order confirmation or drop us a chat message!

Do you have wheelchair access?

We do, all of our centre is accessible and we have a disabled toilet too.

Can I bring my own food to a play session?

For our sessions we do not allow outside food to be brought in. We have a café offering a range of drinks and snacks. This enables our team to ensure the centre can be fully tidied between each session.

The only exception is if you have booked the venue for a private party, we do allow outside food.

Do you host children’s birthday parties?

Absolutely! We offer a stress-free service to book out the centre for your little one’s special day and we decorate the centre especially for them!
